By using Dodo Review (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dodo Review is an AI-powered tool that verifies claims in academic papers and research code against uploaded replication source files. It is part of the Dodo brand (getdodo.dev). Users upload source code and optionally state claims; the Service analyzes the code and returns a review.
A registered account with a confirmed email address is required to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Service operates on a pay-per-review model. Pricing for each review is displayed before purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle.comas our merchant of record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s checkout terms.
Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
You retain all rights to the source code and files you upload. You grant Coded Thinking OÜ a limited, temporary license to process, store, and analyze your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have the right to upload any code or files you submit. Do not upload code that you do not have permission to share.
The chat agent is provided exclusively for scientific review of uploaded replication packages. You agree not to:
We may impose limits on file sizes, conversation length, and usage frequency to ensure fair access and prevent abuse. These limits are not explicit quotas but may be adjusted at our discretion.
The Service, including its AI models, software, branding, and interface, is owned by Coded Thinking OÜ. No license is granted beyond the right to use the Service as described in these Terms.
Review results are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute formal certification, peer review, or legal advice.
The Service uses large language models (LLMs) to analyze code and verify claims. Due to the inherent nature of LLMs, review results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Results should be treated as an aid to human review, not as a substitute for it. No warranty is provided regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review output.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Coded Thinking OÜ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on review results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to any pending reviews and uploaded files.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
